Biodevelopment classes are structured around the Archegram, an educational model that organizes learning into six lines of experiential classes. These classes are crafted to align with three core areas of growth—Inner Strength, Connection, and Wisdom—each represented by an archetype containing two facets. This structure supports a nourishing environment for Awakening and Healing by addressing diverse dimensions of the self.

Warrior Facet (Resilience and Empowerment)

Classes aligned with the Warrior facet focus on developing resilience, self-confidence, and a strong sense of empowerment. Exercises in these sessions encourage participants to harness their inner strength and approach challenges with courage and self-assurance.

Submissive Facet (Adaptability and Grounding)

Teacher Training

Ishi: the lead teacher

Ishi, our lead teacher, is an internationally recognized spiritual guide and experienced Tantra teacher. As a seeker and spiritual mentor, Ishi has devoted his life to the path of love as a means of self-realization, awakening, and healing.

Ishi is the founder and lead teacher of Samma Karuna, where he has been leading workshops and spiritual retreats for the past 14 years.
His teachings are centered on the message of loving presence.


An awakening experience following a spinal injury at the age of 29 catalyzed Ishi’s dedication to his spiritual journey. Since then, he has created several transformative systems and methods, including the BioDevelopment® Dance Therapy system, the contemporary Trika Tantra school, the R.I.C.H. method, Samma Karuna So Ham Breath®, and Tetra Breathwork®.
Additionally, he has developed numerous active meditations and techniques that integrate breath, movement, and expression.

Currently, Ishi oversees the three main schools at Samma Karuna: Tantra, Yoga, and Breathwork. Since 2013, he has been teaching daily, dedicating the past decade to his students and the Samma Karuna community.
