A few months ago, I attended a Tetra Breathwork session with Aravind at Samma Karuna. The location is lovely, right on the beach with many shalas and relaxing areas around the facilities. I am not experienced with breath work and the class itself was great and very beginner friendly. I would absolutely recommend the class for anybody who is interested in learning more about breath work.
I got to know about Samma Karuna through Google search and there was something about this place that really spoke to my heart. I enrolled myself for Tetra Breathwork teacher training program and stayed there for 1 month intensive course and later on for internship also for 3 weeks.
It was one of the best experiences of my life, I met amazing teachers, fellow students and volunteers. You do find like minded people and become part of an amazing community.
My Idea for the Tetra breathwork facilitation course was very linear, as i thought it will be pure breathwork, i know there will be intensive breathing, but there is so much more. It is a very holistic approach, from basic knowledge of nutrition, building your awareness and high consciousness, to a glimpse of the divine in me.
This is not just a certification but a indepth experience of the profound journey inwards and i am grateful for SAMMA KARUNA to be the one to guide me.
